CFD flow field simulation in stirring technology

Computational Fluid dynamics CFD is an established method of fluid mechanics, the equations are mainly based on Navier-Stokes, Euler and other formulas. With the maturity of simulation technology, the simulation results of stirring flow field are used as important reference data for design, and the model is further improved by comparing with actual data.

Currently CFD offers the possibility of calculating such problems and displaying flow fields through flow field simulation pictures and videos. The user will get a number of results, including flow rate and direction, shear force, local energy dissipation, mechanical power input, heat transfer coefficient, local pressure distribution, suspension probability, etc., all extracted from the most important results. CFD is a fast and economical method compared to laboratory tests or field tests. The effects of geometric changes such as modified blade spacing, blade width, custom mixing blade designs can be checked to see if they will help the process.

Happy Blending can successfully use CFDS related to mixing techniques. We have practical experience in validating mixing systems and conducting feasibility studies. Our own database contains all standard equipment, including stirring paddles, deflectors and reactors. e86db83cfd81c4ce898f58f3071a110.jpg
