Description of materials and working conditions

1, preparation of mixture: two or more kinds of liquid, through stirring to achieve a uniform mixture of mass and heat transfer.

2, preparation of suspension or emulsion: the two kinds of non-disintegrating liquid fully emulsified, increase the interphase contact area, through dispersion to achieve a state of uniform mixing of two-phase liquid.

3, preparation of solid-liquid suspension: the solid and liquid mixing, so as to achieve the effect of uniform suspension of solid particles in the liquid.

4. Preparation of paste: mix and stir the high-viscosity liquid to generate thick emulsion, etc.

5, accelerate the reaction: strengthen the heat transfer effect, forced convection, to achieve a variety of materials evenly mixed.
