Most of the skin care products are emulsified by the oil phase and the water phase, forming an oil-in-water or oil-in-water emulsion structure, the particle size of the emulsion is usually less than 5um, and the requirements can reach the nanometer level. The viscosity of the material will rise after cooling, and it is necessary to scrape the wall and stir to complete the mixing.

Cleaning products are formulated with thickening agents and stirred to dissolve non-Newtonian fluids that form a gel-like form. How to blend them quickly and efficiently is the key.


Description of materials and working conditions

Cream treatment equipment: The equipment can meet the normal use of vacuum conditions, the mixing part will choose to scrape the wall mixing or coaxial mixing. The mixing efficiency of coaxial stirring is higher and the suitable viscosity can reach 300,000 CP. The tank is also equipped with a high shear homogenizer, and the circular speed of shearing determines the uniform particle size. The wall scraping stirring and homogenizing machine must be designed with the direction and structure of the liquid flow to avoid the existence of mixing dead corners and cleaning dead zones in the tank.
